Hotel Garni Gruber is a modern building located in a sunny and peaceful area next to the promenade and park in the town of St. Johann, between the Kitzbüheler Horn and the Wilder Kaiser mountain range. St. Johann has its own railway station and Innsbruck airport is 100 kilometres away with an approximate driving time to the hotel of 70 minutes.

Trains go from Innsbruck airport to Innsbruck, where a connection can be made to St Johann in Tirol. The train journey from Innsbruck takes about 80 minutes.
