Originally, Huntington Hartford II purchased this estate as a retreat for his jet-set crowd. Since that time, the resort continues to draw entertainment luminaries, royalty and politicians from around the world. The beachfront DUNE restaurant offers a dinner menu with Bahamian accents. Breakfast selections include smoked salmon, semolina cakes with roasted pineapple and Gruyere omelets. The Library Bar serves Cuban cigars, fine brandies, cocktails and wine.
