Getting there.
The airport's train station is a 300-metre walk from the Arrivals and Departures floors. Trains link to destinations across Switzerland. All trains stop at the central Geneva-Cornavin station, and departures are approximately every 20 minutes. Single tickets cost 5 CHF. Evian is the nearest station, located 5 kilometres from the hotel. Bus number 10 runs every 10 minutes to the city centre. Bus number 18 runs every 30 minutes to the United Nations building. Single tickets cost 2.20 CHF. Aero Ski Bus serves many French ski stations, and tickets can be purchased at the airport. Taxis wait in the terminal forecourt and cost about 35 CHF to central Geneva. Getting around. Direct SBB trains run from Evian station to various nearby locations including Zurich and Lausanne. A car would be useful for exploring the area.
