Location.
Set in 12 acres of grounds in the shelter of Quiberon Bay on France's north Atlantic coast, Residence Odalys Ker Arno is a large holiday park situated one kilometre from the beach, five kilometres from Trinité-sur-Mer and six kilometres from the renowned prehistoric sites of Carnac. Rennes Airport is 140 kilometres away with an approximate driving time of 100 minutes.

Hotel Features.
An outdoor pool and a children's paddling pool are open between mid-May and mid-September. A cot, high chair and baby bath can be rented for 21 EUR, and older kids can be entertained by complimentary activity programmes that run between July and September. There is also a children's playground on site. A bar and evening entertainments are in operation during the same period, with a sports ground, table tennis and petanque also on offer. Barbecue sets can be hired from multilingual staff on reception, and there is ample free parking.


Guestrooms.
Residence Odalys Ker Arno offers 170 mobile home residences, approximately 27 square metres in size, all of which feature simple modern decor and furnishings and include furnished terraces, two bedrooms, separate shower rooms and toilets and kitchenettes with refrigerators, electric hobs, ovens or microwave ovens and coffee machines.


Expert Tip. Twenty kilometres to the east lies the popular and picturesque Île d'Arz. One of two inhabited islands in the beautiful Golfe de Morbihan, a boat tour at sunset through this tangle of islands, channels, prehistoric ruins and stone circles is particularly recommended.

Getting there.
The best way to get from the airport to the hotel is to drive. Bus 57 runs from the airport to central Rennes, from where a train can be caught to Auray station, 12 kilometres from the holiday park.


Driving directions. From the airport, take N24 following Vannes and Ploermel then take N166, direction of Lorient, Arradon and Auray. Rejoin N165 in the direction of Lorient, Arradon and Auray. Passing near Arradon and Auray, exit and take D28 in direction of Crach, St Philibert, La Trinité sur Mer and Locmariaquer. Enter Saint Philibert and follow the Odalys signs.
