Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, an end mandatory cleaning service is provided by the residence which incurs a fee payable locally depending of the type of apartment (45 EUR for mini villas, 50 EUR for apartments and 55 EUR for T3 and T4 apartments).
A service fee of 15 EUR is payable at check-in. A small resort fee (tax de séjour) is payable per person per day €0.50, paid locally to the residence reception.

Taxis and car rentals are available from the airport. Due to the location of the residence car is the best form of transportation, while the local area is best appreciated on foot. Driving directions: From central Ajaccio continue and turn left onto the D11. Turn right onto Boulevard J. and B. Maglioli. Turn left onto Rue Sainte-Lucie, take Cours Napoléon, then take the N193 / Boulevard Charles Bonaparte. Continue and at the roundabout take the first exit onto the N196 towards Propriano / Sartène / Bonifacio / Cauro. Turn right onto the D302, left onto D255, right onto D55, left onto D355, and then left onto D155. Arrive in Serra di Ferro.
