Getting there.
Taxis from the airport to Hamburg city centre cost approximately 20-25 EUR, and journey time is around 30 minutes. Yellow Airport Express buses run every 20 minutes from Terminals One and Four to Hamburg's central station Altona (Hauptbahnhof). Single tickets cost 5 EUR and the journey takes 30 minutes. From Hamburg Altona an hourly train runs to the railway station in Heide. A taxi from Hamburg International Airport to Ringhotel Berlin costs 120 EUR. The hotel offers airport transfers at a surcharge. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around.</b Heide can be explored by walking, public transport or by car. To visit the surrounding towns of Husum and Hamburg or for trips to the seaside a car is the best option.
