Maritim Strandhotel Travemuende is a 35-storey hotel rising over the Trave estuary and Bay of Lübeck on the Baltic Sea. Hamburg International Airport is 80 kilometres away and takes around an hour to reach by car.

Getting there. Taxi services to the hotel typically cost around 120 EUR. The yellow Airport Express bus runs non-stop to Hamburg central station (Hauptbahnhof) every 20 minutes from Terminals 1 and 4. Journey time is 30 minutes and a single ticket costs 5 EUR. From here trains connect to Travemuende station which is 800 metres from the hotel. All prices subject to change.
