The beachfront La Cohoba Hotel, bordered by coconut palms and sea grape trees, consists of a cluster of Creole-style bungalows and Colonial houses nestling among lush, tropical gardens on the tiny Guadelupian island of Marie Galante. Marie Galante's aerodrome is a 15 minute flight from Guadeloupe's international airport at Pointe-a-Pitre. The aerodrome is nine kilometres from the hotel.
