Location.
The Grand Hotel La Medusa is located in Castellammare di Stabia, Italy, eight kilometres from Pompeii, and one kilometre from Castellammare town centre. The Circumvesuviana train stops at the Castellammare Nocera station, 500 metres from the hotel.

Getting around. The centre of Castellammare di Stabia can be navigated on foot, and the archaeological sites can be reached via the Circumvesuviana train. Buses connect to many of the Amalfi Coast resorts. A car is recommended for exploring further afield.
