Location.
The Fattoria Querceto is located in the Pesa Valley, four kilometres from Tavarnelle, in Italy's Tuscany region. San Gimignano is 20 kilometres away, and Siena is at a 40-kilometre distance. The historic city of Florence, home to the nearest train station, is 20 kilometres from the hotel.

Set amid lush olive groves, the Fattoria Querceto is housed in a collection of traditional stone farm buildings, and extends to an outdoor pool with separate children's area and a tennis court. Guests can explore the countryside on bicycles borrowed from the hotel, and enjoy a game of bowls.

Expert Tip. Greve in Chianti, located 15 kilometres from the hotel, is a charming Tuscan town surrounded by rolling hills in the wine region. Getting there.
Taxis to the hotel cost approximately 50 EUR. An airport bus departs for Florence's Santa Maria Novella Station every 30 minutes. Single tickets cost 6 EUR. From here take the SITA bus to Tavarnelle. Prices are all subject to change.


Getting around.
A car is the best way to explore the Tuscan countryside.


Driving directions.
From the airport take the A1 Milano-Roma motorway, and exit at Firenze- Certosa.
Continue along the Firenze-Siena highway and exit at Tavarnelle.
At the exit turn left following directions for Tavarnelle.
After one kilometre turn right following directions for San Pancrazio.
After one kilometre signs for Fattoria Querceto will appear.
