Getting there.
Buses run between the airport and Verona train station (via the conference centre) every 20 minutes. The train station is 1.5 kilometres from the city centre, and hotel. Single tickets cost 4.50 EUR. Taxis to Hotel Accademia cost approximately 35 EUR. Prices are all subject to change.


Getting around.
Verona's historical city centre is pedestrianised and closed to traffic. Orange city buses run throughout the city. Tickets are available from newsagents or tobacconists and should be validated on boarding. Buses run between the train station and Lake Garda, Venice, and Milan. A car is recommended for exploring further afield.


Driving directions. Depart Verona Airport. Continue along the motorway towards Verona city centre. At the Arena square, turn right. Turn left at the second traffic light into Corso Maffei. Turn left again at the third street on your left. Continue along the road to Via Scala. Hotel Accademia is on the right-hand side of the street.
