Getting there.
The best way to get to Vieste is to hire a car. A train runs to Foggia or San Severo city centres and from here a bus departs for Vieste. From Bari city centre an express train runs to Vieste.


Getting around. Getting around the Puglia region by public transport is fairly easy, at least as far as the main towns and cities go. Vieste is compact and easily explored by foot. A car is necessary to explore further afield.
