Getting around.
Fes city centre is best explored by foot, as cars are unable to reach many of the narrow lanes in the Medina. Sand-coloured Petits Taxis can be used for short trips, and Grand Taxis are ideal for trips further afield. Buses are regular and inexpensive, but can be overcrowded.


Driving directions. From the airport, drive towards the centre of Fes. Follow signs to the Bartha district in the medina of Fes. The Riad Myra is opposite the Bartha Museum at Bartha Square.
