An airport shuttle bus is available, as well as taxis. A courtesy bus runs six times from the city centre to the hotel. Driving directions: From the airport take the main road and follow signs to Funchal. Take exit no Nine. Pass the hospital, traffic lights and a sign for 'Lido', and then turn right towards the Lido area and the Estrada Monumental, along the coastal road. After reaching the crossroads at Lido, continue through Alto Lido, Baia Azul Hotels. Take the first right and the hotel is at the top of the road.
