The Blaumar is a modern hotel situated in a quiet spot 100 metres from S'Abanell Beach, and one kilometre from Blanes town centre. This five-floor hotel features 168 guestrooms. For those wishing to travel further afield, Montserrat is 50 kilometres from the hotel. The nearest airport is in Barcelona, 65 kilometres away, and 50 minutes by car. Taxis are readily available at the airport terminal and fares to the hotel cost approximately 125 EUR. There is a train station at Barcelona Airport where trains regularly depart for Blanes station and cost around 2.50 EUR. From the station there are regular buses towards the hotel and cost around 1 EUR per person.

From Barcelona Airport head towards Girona and take the C-32 road. The Costa Brava exit is an hour's drive along this road and leads into Blanes.
