Hotel Cortijo Soto Real is located 70 kilometres south of Seville, Spain, in the heart of Andalucia. Las Cabezas de San Juan is 13 kilometres away, while Jerez de la Frontera is 35 kilometres away.

Hotel Cortijo Soto Real is an old Moorish palace converted into a luxury retreat, set in a 5,000-acre estate in the Andalucian hills. The onsite Centro de Belleza is a wellness centre with gym, indoor pool, hydrotherapy, sauna, and treatment rooms. The outdoor pool has views of the surrounding hills. The hotel's traditional stables offer horses and carriages to explore the area. The hotel even boasts its own sherry cellar.

Al Andalus restaurant is decorated in Moorish style, with open-air terraces, and serves Andalucian and Spanish specialities. Bistrot del Jardin serves lunch by the pool. Buffet breakfast is complimentary.

Getting there.
An airport transfer can be arranged direct to the hotel (surcharge). Taxis wait outside the terminal building, and cost around 20 EUR to Seville city centre and 115 EUR direct to the hotel. Prices are higher on weekends, public holidays, and from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Prices are all subject to change.


Getting around.
Seville city centre is best explored on foot. The city is served by a cheap, reliable bus service. National train services and regional buses link Seville with destinations across Spain. The AVE train runs between Seville and Madrid. A car is essential for exploring the region around the hotel.


Driving directions. From Seville San Pablo Airport:
Follow signs for the ring road round Seville.
Take the A4 following signs for Cadiz.
Leave the A4 at exit Las Cabezas de San Juan, paying a small toll.
Head into the village and turn right at the second roundabout towards Villamartin.
The hotel is located at the sign marking 13 kilometres along this road, on the right-hand side.
