Getting there.
The metro station is located in terminal 2. To get to the hotel, take line 8 towards Nuevos Ministerios and alight at stop Mar de Cristal. Change to line 4 and alight at stop Pinar de Chamartin. Change platform and continue in the direction of Las Tablas. Alight at stop Palas de Rey, 2 kilometres from the hotel. Taxis from the airport to the hotel cost 25 EUR.


Getting around. From Palas de Rey stop, light rail trains frequently run into the centre of Madrid. The squares and narrow streets in central Madrid are best explored by foot. An extensive public bus and metro system offers a cheap and efficient way to get around the city. Single tickets can be bought from bus drivers or machines. A 10-trip Metrobus ticket, costing 6.40 EUR, is ideal for those making multiple journeys. Taxis can be hailed on the street and are reasonably priced.
