Location.
El Cortijo Golf hotel is located on the Costa de la Luz in Matalascanas, Spain, 800 metres from the beach and 40 kilometres from Huelva.

Hotel Features.
Using traditional materials, such as wood, ceramics and iron, the three-storey El Cortijo Golf has a traditional Andalucian style. There is an outdoor swimming pool in the sub-tropical gardens. Expert Tip. The beaches nearest to the centre of Matalascanas are the most popular and can get very crowded during the high season. As the sand stretches for 40 kilometres, however, overcrowding shouldn't be a problem. Cuesta de Maneli is one of the nicest beaches in the area and has a nudist section.

From Seville San Pablo Airport (SVQ):
Distance to El Cortijo Golf is 100 kilometres, approximately 70 minutes' drive.


Getting there.
Airport buses run every 30 minutes to central Seville. The journey time is about 30 minutes and the fare is 2.40 EUR. From Seville, trains run to Huelva. Taxis wait outside the airport terminal building, and cost around 150 EUR to the hotel. Prices are higher on weekends, public holidays, and from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Prices are all subject to change.


Getting around. Buses run throughout the area, but a car is useful for exploring more remote locations.
