Location.
One of the city's tallest buildings, the First Hotel Plaza is a central hotel housed in a landmark glass tower and situated 200 metres from the train station and 500 metres from the harbour. Västerås Airport is nine kilometres from the hotel, and takes approximately 10 minutes to reach by car.

Getting there.
A shuttle runs from the airport to the train station, 200 metres from the hotel. Alternatively taxis are available and cost approximately 300 SEK to the hotel.


Driving directions. From the airport, follow signs for the E18 and head towards Oslo. Turn off the motorway at Emausmotet and turn left at the roundabout. Follow Kopparbergsvägen until reaching Stora Gatan. Turn left onto Stora Gatan and left again onto Karlsgaten.
