The Alpine Lodge Hotel is located between Kilmarnock and Irvine, within 1.5 miles of Kilmarnock train station, two miles from Kilmarnock centre and 10 kilometres of Glasgow Prestwick Airport.

Getting there.
There is a freephone located inside next to the Tourist Information Desk. Call the hotel and a chauffeur will be at the airport in a few minutes. Transfers cost 5 GBP per room. A typical taxi fare from the airport is 15 GBP. Prices are all subject to change.


Getting around.
Prestwick is easily explored on foot. Kilmarnock train station is within 1.5 miles of the hotel with train links to Glasgow, Ayr, Prestwick and beyond. A car is recommended for exploring further afield.

From the airport turn right and head for the A78.
Drive until the slip road for Kilmarnock. The Alpine Lodge is straight ahead on the left.
