Taxis are readily available outside arrival halls, or guests can take the National Express bus to Woking Train Station, then a train to Fleet Station, and catch a taxi to the hotel from Fleet. The Lismoyne Hotel provides airport transportation for a surcharge,which must be organised in advance. Driving from Heathrow Airport, take the M25 signposted "South and East". Follow the M25 and exit onto the M3 Southbound. Exit at Junction 4A following signs to Fleet. Turn right, following signposts to the Hospital, the hotel is on the left hand side.
