The 162 guestrooms are decorated in orange and beige with functional furnishings. Modern amenities include televisions, coffee and tea making facilities and private bathrooms. The hotel offers two dining options: the Grand Hotel Restaurant serves a range of international and regional dishes from an a la carte menu in an informal setting; the Premier Carvery Restaurant offers full English breakfast and a three-course carvery menu with views of the bay. Guests can enjoy a range of entertainment in the hotel including karaoke in the Connaught Bar, summer cabaret in Langtry's bar, which offers snacks throughout the day, and live acts in the Grand Ballroom. The hotel houses a games room with table tennis and darts and a billiards room, and those on business can make use of the hotel's conference rooms. Practical amenities include a news stand and a 24-hour front desk with safe-deposit box. Those wishing to explore the area will find Llandudno Tram Station 500 metres away, Llandudno Ski Centre and North Wales Theatre half a mile away, the Great Orme Copper Mines one mile away, and Llandudno Junction Leisure Centre and Cineworld at a three mile distance.
