Swallow Fishers Hotel was built in 1830 and is set in two acres of gardens; the hotel is located in the centre of the small Victorian town of Pitlochry in Perth And Kinross, seven miles from the famous Queen's View. Due to renovation work there is currently scaffolding around the hotel, and guests may have to use an alternative entrance. Taxis and buses run from the airport to Edinburgh Waverley train station. From Waverley Station, trains run to Pitlochry station; journeys take approximately 100 minutes. Driving directions: From Edinburgh, follow Forth Road Bridge then once over the bridge follow signs for Perth. On approaching Perth take A9 north for Inverness and Pitlochry is 24 miles north of Perth.
