Distance to Ruthin Castle is 45 kilometres, approximately 60 minutes' drive.


Getting there.
Manchester Airport train station is linked to all terminals by a moving walkway. Every hour, up to six trains leave the airport for Manchester Piccadilly station in central Manchester. A single ticket costs 2.65 GBP, and the journey takes about 20 minutes. A train run from here to Chester train station, with is 23 miles from the hotel. A taxi to the hotel cost 80 GBP. A car is recommended for exploring the area around the hotel.


Driving directions. From Manchester Airport, take the M56 signposted Chester and North Wales. Take the A55 to North Wales. Exit the A55 following signs for Mold. Ruthin is clearly signposted from Mold on the A545. The hotel is just o ff the main Ruthin town square in the direction of Corwen.
