Getting there.
The airport is adjacent to Southampton Airport (Parkway) Station and boasts the shortest 'plane to train' connection of any European airport. Taxis are available on the main concourse opposite the arrivals hall and charge approximately 10 GBP into the city. Bus no. 101 is a regular bus service between the airport, Southampton University and the city centre.


Driving directions. From Eastleigh airport, turn left under the railway bridge after exiting the airport. Follow the A335 onto Thomas Lewis Way (signposted to Portwood and City Centre). At the fifth set of lights, turn right signposted Shirley. After two sets of lights, look for the Banister House Hotel on the left just around the bend.
