Due to the recent passing of the Arkansas Clean Indoor Air Act, our hotel is limited to providing only 20 percent of our total room availability as smoking rooms, therefore a request for a smoking room CANNOT be guaranteed. Small Pets are allowed with a twenty pound weight limit at a cost of 30 USD which is a refundable deposit upon inspection of the room. Minimum age for room rental is 18 years old.
