All cancellations will be charged a 25 administrative fee per room, per night, and 35 for packages and holidays up until 7 days before arrival time or 14 days for packages, holidays, and two or more rooms for two or more nights . Any cancellation thereafter will be charged for the full amount of the stay. If you are reserving two 2 or more rooms for two 2 or more nights, we do require advance payment to be paid in the form of personal check, money order, or traveler's check, for the full amount of your reservation to be received at least fourteen 14 days before arrival date. Failure to do so may be cause for cancellation. Our facilities do not allow us to accommodate children under the age of 12. Anyone over that age will be noted as an adult. All rooms are for two 2 adults only . No same-day reservations will be accepted after 3 PM.
