INN RESERVATION POLICIES Room rates are based upon single or double occupancy. Two children 12 and under may stay complimentary with parents. Additional persons are 20. each per night. PET AND SMOKING POLICIES There is a maximum of two dogs allowed for each of our two pet friendly guest rooms. The first dog stays with its owner complimentary and there is a 20 charge per night for a second dog. Dogs will only be allowed in our two 'pet friendly' rooms. You must reserve a 'pet friendly' guest room if you plan to bring your dog s . Lake Opechee Inn and Spa is a NON-SMOKING facility. This includes all interior areas as well as guest room balconies. For the convenience of our smoking guests there are designated smoking areas located outside. There is a significant fee of 500. for deep cleaning if smoking occurs inside or on guest room balconies.
