Any damages to the premises will be deducted from the Security Deposit. All security deposits will be refunded back to you 7 to 10 days after you check out. A Statement of Agreement will be mailed or emailed to you explaning the terms and conditions of your reservation. It must be signed and returned by mail or fax within 7 days to complete your confirmation.
