Each villa offers two leather couches in the spacious living area plus a queen sleeper sofa. The large dining area has a pass through window to the kitchen for social convenience. The wonderfully furnished king master bedroom suite opens to the deck and the second bedroom has two cozy double beds. These villas are less than a minute walk to the pool, a leisurely bike ride to the beach and are also walking distance to the golf and tennis club. Please be advised that motorcycles, boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed in the gated communities of Shipyard, Palmetto Dunes, and Sea Pines. There are limited storage facilities available.
