The 89-room, Days Inn City Center, with leased restaurant in Spokane, Washington, is comprised of four buildings situated on nearly a full city block of prime land, where two major streets enter onto the property. One building houses 33 rooms, lobby, laundry, and other utility rooms. Two buildings have a combined 56 sleeping rooms.
